Our suppliers are as important to us as our customers. We source our meat, bread, potatoes, relishes and sauces from local, high quality, artisan producers wherever possible to produce the finest mobile street food.

Our main ingredient, and a key differentiating aspect to our gourmet burgers, is our high quality, 28 day dry aged, grass fed Sussex beef, produced by The Marvellous Meat Company. Our two businesses will be closely aligned, in production, quality and passion, which assures a consistent, long-term supply of quality beef.

BREAD

Our bread comes from British artisan bakers, Specialty Breads. They only use 100% British flour, made with wheat sourced from UK farmers. They operate to BRC Global Standards right across their organisation and have been awarded the Red Tractor quality mark for affordable, traceable, ethical and sustainable authentic bread.

BACON & SALAD

Foodari  provides our bacon and salad. Also based in Kent, they supply fresh, locally sourced produce to food service sectors across Southern England six days a week.

CHEESE

We have visited many local artisan cheese makers and have chosen what we consider to be the finest compliment of both taste and “meltability” for our gourmet burgers.

KETCHUP & RELISHES

Our ketchup and relishes come from Whitstable Pickles, who provide locally produced, handmade pickles from high quality ingredients from the Kent area. The founder, Tobias Hotchkiss, was brought up in rural Suffolk and introduced to pickle picking at a young age. His business was born out of a lifelong passion for pickles and his love of the countryside.

HARDWARE

To cook our delicious burgers we’ll be using the Synergy Grill, which is an energy saving commercial gas grill. There are a number of benefits to using this new technology in grilling, from instantly atomised fat, faster cooking to moister, more succulent food. After all, the best burger deserves the best grill!
